Password Protecting Pages

You may want to distribute uploaded files, photos or sensitive information to clients or friends. You can restrict access to pages by utilising password protection.

You can password protect any page just before publishing when creating or editing any page. To password protect a page simply select the password protection option located at the bottom of the main editing window.

If you choose to password protect a page you will need to provide a password and the email address of the person who will manage the password (If its not you).

When password protection is enabled for a page, people attempting to view the page will be prompted for the password before they are directed to the page contents.

Saving Pages as Drafts

To save a page as a draft click Save as Draft once you have entered the content for your new page. Draft pages do not appear on the site. This means you can come back and work on your page until you are happy with it or it may be that you are waiting on some further content to include in your page.

Publishing Pages

To publish a page all you need to do is click on the Publish button at the last step of creating a page. Your page will instantly appear on the website and be listed with the website search engine.
